Skydiving is the closest we humans have gotten to flight – and it feels amazzzing. If you’ve jumped before then you know exactly what we’re talking about, and if you’re taking the leap for the first time, prepare to have your mind blown.
Our team of professional tandem instructors are highly-trained and experienced. Our Bay Area views will take your breath away. And our year-round blue skies mean we fly for 12 straight months.
Before you head to the sky for the biggest rush of your life, you’ll participate in a 20-minute training session and get fitted to a harness that connects you to your instructor and the parachute system.
When your load is called, you’ll board the plane and climb to 13,000 feet in about 15 minutes. You and your instructor will leap into the big blue and begin the irreplicable feeling of freefall. You’ll fly belly-to earth at a speed of 120 mph for 45 to 60 glorious seconds. This adrenaline-soaked sensation is what skydivers perpetually chase.
Around 5,500 feet, your instructor will deploy the parachute and you’ll float for 5-7 bliss-filled minutes as you take in some of the best skydiving views in Northern California. It’s quiet under canopy, enabling you and your instructor to talk about what you’ve just experienced and what’s to come – including steering the parachute if you want to!
You’ll lift your legs parallel to the ground so your instructor can touch down on sweet terra firma. Brace yourself for an overwhelming mixture of exhilaration, disbelief, intense happiness and big-time pride.
